I was wondering if that wasn't feeder finger damage. Maybe @mikediamond or @Fred Weinberg would know. ~ Chris
The marks on her neck are roller marks, part of the minting process. They should not affect the grade up to about 66.
I think this coin looks like a strong 65. Very nice.
The marks on the jaw might be the remains of planchet striations, but the neck marks are bagmarks.
I totally agree with this. I'm at MS64.
