Excuse me if I post this coin again, I really never got a definitive answer to my question and would truly appreciate some more help. Thanks guys / gals .
I'm just not sure if this is a Stain or Lamination issue . Thanks again.
    Here's my best pics so far . I'm using a USB microscope 10x -220 x variable zooommm!

    Not a lamination -

...but I can't tell from your photos
    exactly what it might be.

Looks like a thin struck thru area, but
it could also be a contact mark....and
    in the fields.....

The line on the hair looks incused,
but I can't get a handle on what the
fields to the left of it show.

I'm not a microscope person - in general,
if you can't see it with up to 10x or maybe
15x at the most, a microscope probably won't
help...and toooo close makes it difficult to see
all the features that might need to be seen in
    the right perspective.

If you want to take another photo or two of
the entire obv., (date at the bottom, please),
they might show something that can help us
    make a better determination.

OK , I will get to later if your still here . I have a triple mag.loop that I will look at it better with . I also with also take a picture of the entire coin . It's in a NGC holder so It will be a challenge . It"s graded MS-61 by the way. I wonder if it is a stain ( reason for low MS grade ).
    Thanks Again Sal V.

I have done the best I could. I looked at it with my Bausch & Lomb loop : Conclusion it that there is a very thin layer missing from what appears to start at her head and obviously traveled to the rim. There definitely is no stain there . I can distinctly see the cracks lines .
