The way to do this is to click the "Report" at the bottom of your message and ask an administrator to move it.

 

1883 was a cool year for several varieties. I'm not seeing an error coin. It's tough to say much more about the coin from the images.

 

Also look up "Longacre's doubing" so you don't think it is a doubled die.
