1883 Hawaii coins

    NorthKorea Dealer Member is a made up title...

    PCGS considers them Territorial Pieces, but NGC considers them World pieces. I wasn't sure which section they belonged in, so I chose the one at seemed right to me.

    The Trade Dollar reverse was edited to darken it to match the background on the obverse... I didn't bother with the Hawaii issues.

    Heh, interesting. My grandpa just gave me a fake one he got for for $2.50 in Hawaii in the 80s. image.jpg

    They are world coins. Hawaii was an independent Kingdom at the time the coins were struck, not a US territory

    I know that, but according to PCGS's population report, Hawaii is under the territory designation.
