1883 5C No CENTS Liberty Nickel Proof or Business?

    I would say Mint State. Here is a certified Proof.

    The 1883 No Cents Nickel is common in Mint State and AU because of hoarding. Oddly enough, the Proofs are bit expensive because it's a partial year type.

    A clear shot of the edge of the coin, showing if the rims are squared off as in a proof or chamfered as in an uncirculated would help.

    Looks like a business strike to me albeit a little off center.

    Notice how the edge is cut on an angle, this is a chamfer and is how business strikes are made.
