Got a new GSA Morgan, I can't stay away from them. How did I do with this one?

Not to bad. A few minor dings on the obverse. I love the reverse, especially when I saw the die crack.

I believe you have the wrong reverse pic. The one shown is a '78 reverse, and I don't believe there is an 1882 CC reverse '78. ;)

I think it looks amazing! Too bad for the rim mark on the cheek! That knocks it down a grade!

I was kinda thinking I had seen this same Obverse pic a couple times before - Same scratches on the cheek!!

But the same obverse jaw scratches had a die crack upon the "STATES" on the reverse! SO very good observation on these pics AcesKings.

Oh man, I can't edit the post, so fail on all accounts. I guess I did well with the 82 obverse and 78 reverse! This is a clear sign I am buying too many coins. Here's what should've been the pics, and I swear it's not the same '82 as a previous thread.

They're giving MS65s out on these like popcorn. I'll go that, I don't see anything holding it back.

I think this one to be that rarest of all coins, a reverse-limited Morgan. Cannot quite reach 65 for it, despite the excellent cheek.

The obverse shows a nice GSA. So does the reverse--too bad they aren't the same coin. lol. Nice pickup---seriously. Good strong eye appeal.

I might as well show you the obverse of the '78. I'm having a hard time determining the grade. IMG_2348.JPG

62 to 63. Lots of hits on prominent areas of the cheek. Also, quite a few bag marks in the fields, particularly in the right hand side. I will go with 62, as the hits on the cheek, chin, and eye are pretty obvious, but a high in grade 62. The 1882 is a 64, based on the obverse--would have to see the reverse.
