This coin is hard to grade from a picture. It looks great but I do see a few deep nicks on obverse around the hair and it may have been cleaned. But it still looks great for that price

 

About MS-60 to me......

 

My avatar is an 1881-S Morgan , one that I own.

It is so obviously a proof-like that it makes my head hurt. Unfortunatly it is only an NGC MS64.

The pic you posted shows nice luster. not prooflike. Perhaps 64-ish. Rev looks 65+
