My lighting isn't all that great and it is a camera phone that I don't use for anything normally. I'm very good at photography when it comes to film SLR cameras so this is still a bit new... Thanks for the info I will read up on that link...
Even furthering my point, cell phone pics are like playing craps. They tend to be oversaturated with light or dull. In this case oversaturated.
Not my coin, so how I could send it off??? Dipping does remove luster everyone knows it dip too much or too frequently coin loses luster. Plus check out second pics. And if your sending out to Pcgs with your info your getting burned on your submissions.
Guess I will just chalk it up to a "net" coin and leave it at that..~~ If someone else wants to take a shot at photographing it I might be open to that...
Tried a different lighting source for these, work has metal halide ceiling lights... Not sure these are much better.. This one may have been over-dipped after all as I still don't like the look..
Much different image than first and now I see what some of the others were noticing. Still a nice coin though.
It does look rather flat... which is a shame as this is really one clean Morgan... so it is worth basically melt?
