Any other year than 80 and 81, sure no problem. It's been the bane of a lot of owners of these couple years. It's like owning a 21 as your only Morgan, sure you own one of the famed coins of that design...but it's a 21 ugh...
I would say MS61, it has the luster of a MS but the hits would lower it down. As far as price goes, if you like it its good. Unless you're out to make money on coins take it as a learning experience.
Marks in the field don't always mean circulation. You must take into consideration how the mint handles coins and then add in the fact that millions of Morgans were placed in bags in vaults and handled like sacks of flour during inventory and shippment. Bag marks don't equal circulation just a lower MS grade. I vote MS 62.
I'll go with what you post, bag marks don't make a coin an AU. many au58s will "look' better than an ms61. I think it would be 62 or 63
