The obverse has major longacre doubling, some doubling on liberty, clash marks and a few gouges and cuds? The reverse has what looks like corrosion, especially where the reverse clash should be. There is a few raised bumps in the general proximity of the famous clash, and some major recutting on most of the design. Is it possible this was a late die state? Rusty dies? I&#039;m just clueless here. I can get better pictures of specific spots if you need.
