This is exactly the kind of toning I like! Good eye. Looks like it could have been encased in a felt box or something. Album? Will never know. I sure hope it wasn't in a roll!!
A felt box or album is a better guess. Its probably very unlikely for a coin at the bottom of a roll to get a MS66 grade!
Wow! That one deserves some professional photographs! I can tell that thing has colors we're not seeing, and no doubt loads more eye appeal than seen here. Awesome.
I like your quarter quite a bit. Appearance and toning both appeal to me. Too bad the holder is so scratched up. If it was mine, I would consider sending it in to be re-slabbed but not re-graded. I am guessing album toning.
