    This isn't really my area of expertise, but it looks like a seven tail feathers. I can't see it well enough to see if it is a seven over eight though.

    The '79-S has two reverses. One is the "78 Reverse" with parallel arrow feathers (PAF) and the other is the "79 Reverse" with slanted arrow feathers (SAF). Yours is the 79 Reverse.

    @cpm9ball , the redbook recognizes 3 reverses.
    1) 8TF rev. '78
    2) 7TF rev. '78
    3) 7TF rev. of '79

    I believe this is the '79-S 7TF with 3rd reverse.

    I would have to say MS-63 and definatley cinch those staples or it won't matter the current grade, variety, or mintage.

    Well I got the coin and its better than I thought. I put it into an air tight capsle.I will post pics when I can.
