1879-O Morgan with something under the mintmark

I'm not sure what's going on under this mintmark. It almost looks like a raised W (which seems odd for a clash from the recessed M that signified Morgan's initial). What is going on there?

I can't do too much with these close ups on this one. Maybe you can narrow it down withthe link and go by Reverses and Mintmark placements.

 

Probably just these old eyes, but I don't see anything unusual about this coin. Maybe others do?

 

Gunk on the coin. Strange as it may seem, there aren't any RPMs with the large O.

 

The die chip preceeding the B in PLURIBUS & after the E in ONE seem pretty distinctive, but I haven't found a match yet.
