I have found a 95% of the cases where cold compression is involved in coins, the compression debris does not stay affixed to the surface of that coin or can be removed with a rose Thorne or some sharp instrument. But I do have coins especially the ones with the rim impressions that are so fused you cannot removed. But visually they look nothing alike. What I&#039;d like to get is a CAT scan on this coin with a 3-D interpretation of each anomaly. I think that would satisfy my doubts on these anomalies.
