1878 S Morgan - Partial Collar?

Interesting! The funny thing about key dates and errors is that they don't mix well. People who collect errors usually don't want to pay the premium for a key date and vice versa. It makes it a bit of a white elephant. I would expect no more than a modest premium over MS63 for a 94-S.

A misaligned die is nowhere near as significant as a partial collar for a Morgan dollar unless the alignment is way off.
