Oh!!! The coin.... Well, it doesn't look PL to me either. Also, can you remove it from the 2x2 holder when taking Pics please? It's more than likely a counterfeit based on the price tag on the holder. Weight?

Certainly harshly cleaned. I'm not sure it's genuine, but if it's a fake, it's certainly not the worst I've seen.

Oh, Okay. That explains it. I grew up in the 80's as a teenager. Lot's of thing like this out there.

 

It looks genuine to me but it also looks cleaned so it will not straight grade.
