    Absolutely not. There are chopmarks on the reverse. It’s just a random coin. I wanted to show that NGC doesn’t ignore damage.

    I’m of the same opinion. Would I buy an attractive chopmarked coin as a dealer yes. Would I buy one for my own collection no. I’m all about eye appeal
