High grade? EF details corroded and cleaned? What do you sit around waiting to try to rip people off? If its such a great coin why not offer a return policy on it? Why not tell everyone that it was in an ANACS holder corroded and cleaned? Why do you want to hide it and be so deceptive if you are such a superstar?

High grade or not a problem coin is a problem coin... cleaned, corroded....If you think that thing is going to get past $1600 much less get to $2700 which is what a problem free coin goes for I think you're mistaken. I additionally am of the opinion that to not say on your current auction that the coin is cleaned and corroded is at least ethically questionable.

Just curious, but has anyone contacted the seller on this item and questioned him. I think with all of his positive feedback he at least deserves to know what is going on around him about this. If he indeed has a fake, he deserves the benifit of a doubt so he can further investigate and possiblt pull this item before he gets in a world of trouble over it. JMO

 

pretty sure that ebaypowerseller and the guy on ebay are one in the same.

Yea, I sent the seller a friendly note saying he ought to check the coin and he threatened to sue me if I didn't take this post off CT. Go back a page or so and you can see what he wrote, and yes, ebaypowerseller and the seller of the coin are the same.

 

Do you feel like a complete idiot?? You should!! Why dont you really learn about coins and selling before you put me down. Like i said quit acting like you know something about coins and slandering people that does. Atleast now everyone knows you dont know what your talking about.

 

Ha, thats along way to go! anyway, its not worth talking to this guy, I don't want to get in trouble here on CT, I like it here. Of course if a mod wanted to look at someone to kick it should be an ebay seller that only set up an account to act like someone else to defend his coin and calls people in CT names in just about every post. Shame, he had some other nice coins on his store I was looking at, not now obviously if he knows about damage and tries to hide it.
