So if a coin has a tiny blob on it, is it called a cud ? The siver coins I collect from the 1735 Palermo, Sicily mint sometimes have all kinds of die cracks and little blobs on them.
Kinda sad, Conder 101 was just trying to help you get your terminology strait. It's a cool coin but a bit less because of how rude you were.
No, the sad thing is that I cant post a cool coin without someone trying to correct terminology or flaws in what I type. Enjoy the coin, forget the crap. Have a good night. This is all in good fun.
Oh, so your too cool to learn something, sounds just like a cubs fan. Sorry @Santinidollar Didn't mean to make fun!
Lol @ Cubs fan. I love to learn. I'm not the only person who thinks differently about the subject. Learning doesnt always mean agreeing.
That's were you go wrong numismatics have been around longer than either of us or @Conder101 have been alive terms and definitions are the basics, been around as long as @GDJMSP
And you will see that the first picture shown has a die break that involves the rim in two spots. Your coin looks nothing like that. Welcome to CT!
Sorry, but I love a good die crack. Breaks are different, It would mean something is retained. Your coin doesn't show that.
And you are arguing. I am merely pointing out the flaws in your arguement and providing factual information.
Could be cud or die chips...Check this out ... https://coins.thefuntimesguide.com/die-crack-error-coins-to-look-for/
