If whizzed - damaged - no grade but details.
at the most - Guess the details!

Poor woman got her details whizzed off! Eagle was whizzed to death or drowned in dip!!!
Maybe offer 75$ - to me it doesn't look like a collectible!!

 

Thats something I would have no problem putting into an album, type or date set, but thats about it.
