    I'll take the cynical approach: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I'll believe you found it in a roll - but I'm going to hesitate to believe that it is authentic (or gold) until proven otherwise. If genuine, it looks to be EF-details, cleaned, and is probably worth somewhere around $325.

    I have had it checked by a jeweler and coin collector,I believe with a AGT3 digital gold tester,and it is gold and it does not appear to have been cleaned under magnification.

    They really do have these in rolls on ebay. They are "planted" though. That is why the roll went for over $70 bucks. He can afford to let a gold go now and then if he sells enough rolls. And if it is cleaned (which it probably is), it is worth about $220-$250.
