Eduard, First off, I want to say that that is a nice Three Cent piece! You are correct! The Three Cent pieces just don't have the popularity of other Series of U.S. coinage. I have sold a lot of Three Cent pieces over the years and most of the buyers would always state that they do not collect them but they have always wanted to own one. If you are familiar with the sayings here in the U.S. that size does or size does not matter, well in this case, "size does matter"! Due to small size of the coins, most folks pay very little if any attention to them when they are laid out on a Seller's table in plain view. Some people are not even aware that these are official U.S. coinage or that the U.S. even minted such a small coin in this denomination. Others pay them very little mind since if the person wears glasses, then they have to put their' glasses on to even make out the more significant details on the coins. Frank
