I listed this on eBay recently, an' it sold fairly promptly. As soon as the buyer received it, I got an eBay request for its return; the stated reason was that it had been "trimmed". The buyer promptly returned it with my furnished label, left me positive feedback, an' as soon as I received the coin I sent him a full refund, as well as positive feedback. All is well with him, an' with eBay.

I'm not sure, but I think I've seen that this coin should weigh 3 grams...mine is 2.5 grams. It is ~18.2mm long by ~10.9mm wide by ~1.9mm thick.

I have examined the four edges with a 10X triplet, an' do not see any indication of missing material, nor do those areas show any difference in texture, patina nor other evidence of physical alteration. I'm sorry that I cannot offer pics of those edges...my skills an' equipment aren't sufficient to capture that level of micro-detail.

Tho' I doubt the buyer had ulterior intent, I'm puzzled about what I really have, an' am considering having this coin professionally graded...which will be a first for me.

I beg your counsel about my story, an' my plan to remove the quandary. Which of the several grading services would be y'all's recommendation, an' why? Any other comments an' suggestions will be gratefully received, an' acknowledged. Thanks for lookin'!
