1865 USA dollar

I actually have one of these coins. Its actually a silver dollar size coin with the date 1865 on the front and it does say One Dollar on the back. This is actually a facsimile coin. The back should say "Facsimile" but the coin I have does not say "Facsimile" on the back because I would think it was made prior to 1972 before he Hobby Protection Act was passed.
