    it looks damaged, I'd say a couple bucks at most but I'm no expert on these.

    I like it. It's maybe mid-VF. If you want to sell it and you're offered $15 I'd take it and go home. I could see it selling for half that, even less. Why don't you just keep it? It has a rough history on it, but it's a survivor. Almost as though it went through a war or something. ;)

    I'm sure that there are other varieties, but the date varieties that I'm aware of are the 1863/863 and the 1863/86. What are you seeing under the one?

    XF Details-Environmental Damage. I think it would sell for no more than $15 but would sells quick at $10. That is the thing with coins with issues, depends on what someone would pay but it would have to be at a significant discount.
