1863 IHC Graffiti?? Die crack?

    I am calling this simply scratched or graffiti. BUT the lines are very clean so thought I would get an expert opinion here. Is it a cracked die?

    Those look like scratches, they are below the surface of the coin and have displaced metal on each side of them.
