The areas I'm seeing that don't make sense for a clash are the obverse center design (whatever that is called) and the big triangular shape towards the right point of the star, and the reverse between first and second of the Roman numerals. This doesn't appear to have circulated very much, so the typical wear doesn't seem to be very fitting. Maybe a very small detached lamination on the reverse?
