My wife and I go to a lot of auctions and flea markets and one flea market has a man that has a small coin, gold and silver store. I have bought a few 90% coins from him (pre 64) as I buy a lot of these if under spot. His store is about 8 miles from my house and I visit him from time to see what he has, a couple weeks back I talked to him about coin grading as I had never sent in a coin before. He showed me a list of places and told me ones not to deal with and he said pcgs you have to be a member or find a store willing to send coins in for you, ngc was a little pricy and he has used icg with good results in the past. (fair prices and quick turn around). I called icg and the lady I talked to was very help full would help me fill out the form and explained the tiers to me. She sounded like she wanted my business and that is why I went with them. I think the pics of the coin some how make it look better than it is. His thought was maybe a ms63 when I showed it to him, but he said he was not a good grader ether. Regards, Steve[/QUOTE]
