As I begin to ‘thin the herd’ this piece of history popped out of a box of other goodies Lookin for a little help from my friends before I blow it out on the bay
looks to be about vg sharpness. Might want to list it on here for sale to save the ebay fees. Popular and fairly scarce year.
The 1857 Large Cent is a better year, but that piece is very low grade for the date. Most of these pieces are at least Choice VF to EF. People knew that the large cent was finished, and these coins were plucked out of circulation quickly. I think that you will have to price this one at a bargain price for an album collector.
