VG10. Possibly there are enough tail feathers for F12.

 

I took a wild guess while saying cleaned... Was I correct?

 

60/40 it is just based on the way the toning is distributed.

 

G4 to VG10, IMO. I suspect cleaning at some time. Excessive rim wear obverse, lower left quadrant. Value based upon similar items sold on eBay, $12 to $15, IMO.

 

V.G 10/Fine 15...possibly $32-$36. Base on Fast Eddies guess.

 

The best source for sold prices of coins in this, or similar, condition is eBay. Fine15 for this coin grade is too much of a stretch. Check out the listings.

 

I just can't see this going over G4.
