While it is vulgar, this alteration has been made for as long as the coins have been. It is in the same category as hobo nickels and potty dollars. Perhaps there is a "spoiler tag" and warning tag that can be posted, but I think showing this coin is useful for future collectors. As to the OP - no, this is not an error. This was someone altering the coin to be funny.
The altered word is vulgar, sure, but as others have pointed out, this particular alteration is also part of this hobby's history, and our history in general. Whitewash or "moderate" any part of history that offends the most sensitive of sensibilities and what do you get? It's not like the OP posted it in order to get a rise out of people...
Agreed, but perhaps the mod should've taken it upon himself to better explain the coin before doing so.
