OK, I figured out to whom I can send the coins to: Rick Snow at CONECA, or John Wexler. They both charge the same amount at $4 + return first class shipping ($6.61 total). No mention of needing to fill out a form anywhere... just a check and the coin, I guess. Who is the better attribution service provider, or are they practically the same? BTW, NGC won't guarantee a "Discovery Coin" even if it's an obvious DDO, unless it's first certified by CONECA, Wexler, et al.
OK, I got in touch with John Wexler and will send the coin out to him. I'll take a dip and see what happens.
Ok, the coin is still "Scheduled for Grading" but I just checked the online submission, and it says that the coin has an "obverse and reverse struck thru" error, but nothing about a DDO... Maybe it's still awaiting its VareityPlus designation.
Ok NGC finalized and shipped this coin out today! It's a bit of a mixed feeling I have with how this one graded: Spoiler UNC-Details Cleaned, Obverse & Reverse Struck Thru; No Variety Attribution
