Nothing seems to match any of the known examples. Is this Hub or machine doubling?

 

They say they have one for that year, but ah, I don't know. Here's the link: https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/1857-1c-ddo-fs-101-s-4-flying-eagle/37378. Doesn't match up with yours, and don't know what to make of that. Outside of sometimes I think these guys are plumb crazy.

I agree with Bill. Machine doubling that is flat and shelf-like, and a bit of Mis-Aligned Die Strike.
