    PCGS created the Lowball Registry after about two years of prodding from the VAMmers who were pushing them for it. There are still a couple of dates of Morgans unknown in P01; I'd call that kinda scarce. Maybe not for everyone but we don't get to decide our peers' preferences.

    I try to "train" the sellers to sell me them (MS condition) for around melt prices and win some times!

    Pretty much agree. I collect Morgans', but not lowball coins. I do think the stories that could be told by some of the lowball coins would be fascinating though. That is, if coins could talk.
