Yup, you can see all three points on the Holmes coin, the one on the leaf, the one on the C in cent, and the one on the N in ONE. If your interested, the obverse attribution points are the huge flowline coming off the coronet into the field, and you can see the same weakness on the coronet tip on the Holmes coin that yours has. His N5, which shares the obverse is also very nice, but the reverse die attribution points on a N5 are even more subtle than the N28. I would attribute a N5 by the obverse die and not an N28...
