    Thickness and the reeding consistent all the way around I'm thinking its in the strike and the wear

    From pics it was a concern in hand is much less worry and the scratch is minor enough that I think due to the rarity they'll give it a pass. I'll keep you all informed what pcgs says I have an order to go out been waiting on getting this one to go with

    I'm gonna call this one a 75% chance is a tough call on the top of the lower obverse rim if it's strike and wear or filed as I've never dealt with a filed rim coin before I'm not sure what to look for I sent 19 coins on 2 submissions so hope they do well
