    I would have some concern about the edge at nine o'clock. Is that a rim bump and/or filing or cleaning? If not for that, I would say $15, more or less.

    looks to be vg10 to f-12 for grade. Few bumps here and there but not too bad. Around 15 is a fair price I also think.
