1835 Liberty Half Cent Stamped Off Center

    We have a 1835 Liberty Half Cent stamped off center and was wondering how much this coin with a stamp defect would possibly be worth. There is a small nail hole in it towards the top of the coin. If you'd like a picture of it, please let me know.

    Thanks for the pics jlalm. That's a pretty dramatic strike, but the damage is really severe. I think it would detract a lot from the value so I couldn't even guess as to what it would be worth. I'm not usually adverse to slight damage on coins that have other interesting characteristics, but this one does bother me. I'm sure an error collector will come on and give at least an estimate. Thanks for posting it.
