Yes - I think they screwed up(my first choice) or netted it down because of the cleaning. I personally thought is was anywhere from a 58 to a 62. I thought the leaf to left and the ribbon showed a little wear - I would have put it no lower than 55. So personally I think they just missed it.

 

Would you agree that the 2 cent is also a Large Motto? http://www.coinfacts.com/two_cents/1864_two_cents.html. I ask because the price difference of a small/large motto is major difference (I.e Au50 is about $75 for large / $750 for small) Also would it be worth to get it reslabbed? (probably PCGS)

Large motto no stem and small motto has a stem. See attachment - large motto top and small motto bottom.

 

Anacs won't use a description such as ms63 cleaned, or au58 cleaned. they instead go down to the base grade number, such as au50 cleaned or ms60 cleaned.
