I am thinking N-7 - left edge of curl slightly left of center of 5, front line of coronet curved. Just my humble opinion.

And as for price - yes I would say between 10 and 20, but on ebay you never know.

 

Definitely not a N-11. I agree with mark_h that it looks to be a N-7 (R.1). CQR pricing is F-12 scudzy: $14, G-5 AVERAGE: $17; VG-8 AVERAGE: $21
