    Obverse looks F15 at least, but whats with the reverse lacking so much detail? Looks to me like someone buffed the stuffin's out of it.

    Crusty fine. F-15 I’d concur. I think worn dies on the reverse

    got it for $28 but for some reason i took it to my coin place and they said fire damage worth cull value- true or they need to lay off the moonshine.

    Sometimes coins like yours with heavier, mottled toning that may have been harshly cleaned in the past can be hard for dealers to sell and they might not want to let it sit in inventory. You may have gotten the "not interested" response (although if you're a regular customer, they could have been a little nicer about it).

    Yes I'm a regular customer wasn't looking to sell just wanted to hear there opinions on it left me disappointed.

    If it was fire damage that is probably why the reverse appears to have less damage than the obverse. The coin still looks good and certainly is not cull in my opinion.
