1831 cbq

    Can you attribute this 1831 CBQ? Browning-3 is an R-5 and I think this might be one but am not sure.

    Comments appreciated on value/grade/attribution.

    Look how close star 13 is to the hair. This looks more like a B-4. Both B-3 and B-4 share the same reverse. Just my opinion.

    Thanks Mark. I took another look at the Browning book. I think you're right.

    looks nice here is my 1831 over 1. Never realy got an official answer to it either.

    Would need clearer and larger pictures. From first glance looks like a die crack starting thru the date. Just my opinion and am not an expert on these - just own a browning book.
