Overton 117--an R-4 (scarce) die marriage. Looks to have been cleaned and retoned in the past. VF grade. At a dealer's table I'd expect to see it marked somewhere in the 100 to 125 dollar range. As a buyer I'd offer closer to 80 and expect to meet somewhere in the middle.
