Both Dave Kahn and Rich Uhrich have been carrying this book, but I expect others may have copies, too. We were selling these for about $60 per copy and they sold out quickly on our end. I mentioned it previously, but will do so again; when we started to sell this book at the Philadelphia ANA in 2012 I had dozens of collectors pore through the book and then ask a price. When told the price they nearly unanimously said they were interested, but I only sold one copy to a collector. In contrast, when I told dealers the price nearly every dealer stated "it's a bargain" and purchased at least one copy. I left the show with fewer than two dozen copies remaining in my portion of the inventory. Shortly after the show I was all out as each major auction house and coin grading firm got in touch with me and purchased multiple copies. If I recall correctly, Dick and I published perhaps 500-copies of the first edition.

We later had seven individually numbered leather-bound copies made. It has reverse K, but this was paired with obverse 10 and obverse 11 and in your image I have some doubt about which obverse you have. However, it looks more like obverse 10, which is why I call it a GR-13. This die marriage comes nice and is quite common.
