    I bought this for very fine value. Seller pictures weren't great. Now I got it in hand Im really surprised. I think will hit High AU.

    Excellent pictures.

    This coin would grade nearly EF in the British system.
    There are obvious flat spots due to wear, on the highest points of the design both sides. Shoulder of the lion and orb on top of the crown easiest to see.

    A good fine 1826 shilling is the first coin that I acquired my father gave it to me.
    That was way back in 1958; I still have it. I was still in elementary shool.

    those are definitely the coins that hold the most value. I have a indian head cent my grandmother gave me from a jewelry piece and a mercury dime (holed) I used while teething my grandfather made. still have them both.
