1813 Capped Bust Half Dollar for grading

    On your coin, the luster would appear to indicate a 40 grade. Yours appears to be a somewhat late die state.

    Here is my 1813 O-108 for comparison, which is graded PCGS EF-40. This is from the Witham collection, which Heritage sold in 2010:

    It does minimize the apparent damage.
