Just picked up this little lady. Anyone good with Overton care to take a shot? This isn’t a photo thread, so I acknowledge the difficulty (maybe) with the lack of quality photos.
I don't have my Overton handy, but I'd call it EF-45. There is a lot of luster present, and there are obvious strike irregularities on the reverse. The wear is probably AU, accounting for that. However, combined with the fact that this coin has clearly and obviously been dipped, I prefer to call this EF. This is one of those "silent net grades" where they don't call it out, but the EF grade implies that it's been tampered with.
45. Not enough luster and detail for 50. Pcgs is been tough on busts too really tough to get anything over 45 without a ton of luster left though it’s an old white anacs slab so still 45. And o 102-a
