IMHO, the area where the cloud is supposed to be out to the loop of the "O" in OF, is evidence of a repaired hole! Otherwise, why would the Southwest bottom portion of the "O" be missing as well. Also, the are where Miss Liberty's right breast and the split between her' breasts should be visible and not irregularly concaved.

See the pictures the edited I have provided in greyscale in which I have circled the area of what i believe is the repair.
