Garlicus Debt is dumb, cash is king.

Looking for your thoughts on the value of this coin.
The actual coloring on the coin looks better and more natural, in hand.
Without those 2 cuts in it, I would say it’s a 15, maybe 20, and would be about $250.

The coin has Choice VF, close to EF sharpness. The huge scratch down the center of the obverse and the cleaning are major negatives. I find this issue very interesting. The reverse is in the style of the 1790s, and likely a die from the 1790s that was not used. This die was used for a short time in 1802 to produce the 1802 “old reverse” half cents.

I will post a coin from collection tomorrow. I am now on an iPad.
