The person that answers the phone or someone else?</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>If I sent something in for grading or other services, I&#039;d have merit for calling them, plus a good reference, but I don&#039;t think this merits a phone call especially since I&#039;ve been thinking of using them for several items I need conserved/graded/slabbed (one depends on PMG&#039;s answer to my question) and I don&#039;t want to pee them off by being pushy on the questions I&#039;ve posted to them.
